For all our guests stay over Reading Festival we will be operating a shuttle bus service;

26th, 27th & 28th August
Cost just £4 per person

The shuttle will run with a minimum of 3 people at a time, this means as soon as we have atleast 3 guests the shuttle will leave, making this a great way to arrive at the festival site!

Take a river boat Mapledurram House where you will see the 12th House, Watermill Mill & Dairy Farm. They serve afternoon tea or take a picnic and take in the scenery by the river.

READING HALF MARATHON – 22 MARCH 2015

As well as the 18,000 runners completing the 13.1 mile route more than 15,000 people are expected to line the route to cheer on the participants.
To ensure the race goes and smoothly as possible Reading Borough Council will be closing several roads at various times between 7am and 3pm.
Visitors travelling into Reading on the M4 are advised to use junctions 10 and 12 until 1.30pm to avoid delays.
The nearest station is Reading Station and there will be free shuttle buses running to the stadium between 7am and 2.30pm. There is no parking at the stadium or surrounding roads and official race car parks are now full.

Basingstoke Road between Imperial Way & Callington Road from 9am to 11.10am
Shinfield Road between Whitley Wood Road & Christchurch Road from 9.30am to 11.55am
